Shipping disclaimers (force-majeure)
Delivery may be delayed by extreme weather, natural disasters, customs holds, public-health emergencies, carrier labor disputes, or incorrect/undeliverable addresses. Title and risk of loss transfer once the carrier scans the parcel; we cannot refund, reroute, or reship packages that are late but still in transit.
